If it is a general lighting fixture, there is no need to exhaust heat if there is an indoor air conditioner. Installed outdoors, 1-2 fans can be selected, and the actual effect is sufficient. However, led explosion-proof lamps generally use the following heat removal methods.
1. Gas fluid dynamics, using the appearance design of the lampshade, produces heat convection gas, which is also a less effective method to strengthen heat removal.
2. Heat transfer plastic shell, which is filled with heat-conducting materials during plastic shell injection processing to improve the heat transfer and heat discharge capacity of the plastic shell.
3. Aluminum heat exhaust fins, which is also a common heat exhaust method, are used as a part of the casing to improve the heat conduction area.
4. The surface radiation source is used to solve the heat emission. The surface of the lampshade is used to solve the heat emission of the radiation source. The simple way is to apply the heat emission paint of the radiation source, so that the heat can be taken away from the surface of the lampshade by radiation.
5. The heat pipe radiator uses the heat pipe technology to introduce the heat from the explosion-proof strong light display processing chip to the heat exhaust fins of the cabinet. In large lighting fixtures, such as street lamps, it is a common design scheme.
In addition, the use of better led explosion-proof lamps and lanterns can reasonably avoid the damage of LED explosion-proof lamps and lanterns caused by high temperature, and increase the service life of explosion-proof strong light lamps. In the daily application of explosion-proof strong light lamps, more attention should be paid to the maintenance of LED explosion-proof lamps and lanterns, so as to reduce the damage caused by the need to repair and affect their normal use requirements and prevent the trouble.
Led explosion-proof lamps are widely used in oil exploration, oil refinery, chemical plant, power plant and other risk environments, as well as the use of general lighting lamps and working lighting lamps in oil industry platforms, cargo ships and other sites. What should we pay attention to in the whole process of application?
1. The LED lamps should pay attention to regularly cleaning the dust and dirt on the shell of the lighting lamps to keep the shell clean, which can improve the luminous efficiency and thermal conductivity of the lighting lamps. The cleaning method is changed according to the safety protection ability of the shell of the lighting lamps.
2. Check whether the full transparent parts are impacted by foreign matters, and whether the safety protection net is loose, welded or corroded. If any, it shall be stopped and repaired and replaced immediately.
3. If there is water in the lamp cavity of the lighting lamp used in the wet cooling ring mirror, it shall be eliminated immediately, and the sealing components shall be replaced to ensure the safety protection characteristics of the shell. After the lighting fixtures leave the factory, in the process of installing the lighting fixtures, the lighting fixtures may also cause water inflow due to unreasonable installation, resulting in leakage of the lighting fixtures and can not be used normally. Therefore, the installation method should also be stable and accurate to ensure the service life of lighting fixtures.
4. In the maintenance of lighting fixtures, the following aspects shall be checked after the cover is opened:
(1) Is the flameproof joint intact
(2) Is the rubber seal hard or sticky
(3) Is the sheath of transmission line cable green and carbonized
(4) Whether the insulating layer and the electronic components have deformation and mold marks. In case of the above problems, repair and replace them immediately.
5. Before installation and use of LED explosion-proof lamps, check the ex factory nameplate and its product manual: explosion proof form, type, grade and group; Waterproof grade of outer casing; Installation method and standard parts for installation, etc. The explosion-proof lamps shall be installed firmly, the bolts shall not be removed and replaced at will, and the spring gaskets shall be complete.
6. The sealing ring for anti fouling and moisture-proof shall be placed in the original state during installation; At the cable inlet, the cable and the sealing gasket shall cooperate with each other. The cross-section of the cable shall be circular, and the surface layer of the cable sheath shall not be convex or concave. The extra inlet shall be plugged according to the explosion-proof type, and the locking nut shall be tightened to ensure the tightness of the inlet line.
7. Check whether the full transparent parts are impacted by foreign matters, and whether the safety protection net is loose, welded or corroded. If any, it shall be stopped and repaired and replaced immediately.
8. When opening the lamp cover, the lamp cover shall be opened after disconnecting the power supply according to the provisions of the warning board.
